At Living Hope Mental Health Counseling, we understand that navigating insurance can feel overwhelming. Our goal is to make this process as simple and transparent as possible so you can focus on what truly matters: your healing and growth.

Private Pay Rates
For clients who prefer to pay privately or do not use insurance, we offer private pay rates:

$225 - 60-minute individual therapy session

$200 - 45-minute individual therapy session

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards.
Out-of-Network Benefits*
If your insurance plan offers out-of-network coverage, we're happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Sliding Scale
We believe that access to care should be equitable and flexible. A limited number of sliding scale appointments are available based on financial need and clinician availability.
Good Faith Estimate
In compliance with the No Surprise Act, clients who are uninsured or choose not to use insurance are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of services. This estimate will be provided upon request or prior to your appointment.
