About the Role
We’re seeking a part-time, fully remote NYS Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who is clinically strong, motivated to grow, and interested in contributing to a collaborative, forward-thinking practice.
What We're Looking For
-
Active LMHC license in New York State
-
Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field

Ability to manage a caseload of up to 29 clients/week (with a minimum caseload of 15 clients)

Strong clinical skills with a focus on evidence-based treatment

Professional, reliable, and growth-minded
What You'll Do

Provide individual therapy to adults (short and long term), teens, and/or couples

Build strong therapeutic relationships and drive measurable progress

Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation

Collaborate with a team that values accountability and development
